📅 7-Day Return Window

 

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

 

🧴 Due to hygiene + skincare safety reasons

We can only accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed Le Balm products
  • Items in their original packaging
  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used Le Balm products
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Free gifts or PR items
  • Gift cards

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product
  • A short description of the issue

We will resend the item or offer store credit where applicable.

 

💸 Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing can take 7–10 business days depending on your bank
  • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable

 

📮 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect)
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your package reaches us

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an unopened product for another item, we’re happy to help — provided the request is within the 7-day window.
